Worcester Avian Park New Clinic

Project Description: The Avian Park Community Day Clinic (CDC) was developed to improve healthcare access for the Avian Park community, as the existing clinics in the Worcester area are not located close enough to serve this population effectively. The client brief outlined the design and construction of a brand-new, single-storey clinic on a relatively flat site. The building features intersecting pitched roofs and includes essential facilities such as consultation rooms, a pharmacy, ablutions, various waiting areas, and on-site parking.
