Eerste River Hospital – New Acute Psychiatric Unit

Project Description: This project entails the design and construction of a new dedicated 30 bed acute psychiatric unit for Eerste River District Hospital which does not have the infrastructure at present to meet the demand of acute psychiatry and required 72-hour observation. The proposed unit will help reduce the strain placed on existing facilities while improving care, treatment and rehabilitation to the health care user.
