  • Amount of finance required

APPROVAL

  • Application for conditional approval submitted to Credit Committee
  • Submission to funders and guarantors for approval
  • Agreement signed with contractor

Support To MANAGE PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

Tusk provides selective ongoing management service:
  • Develop good relationships between contractor, Tusk and consultants on project
  • Providing technical assistance
  • Assist in ordering materials
  • Assist in managing sub-contractors
  • Assist with site management and construction undertaken to specification
  • Assist with financial management. Joint controlled account opened with both the contractor and Tusk as signatories
  • Assist in the claims and payments for subsidy housing contracts.
